To say that this family means a lot to me is a gross understatement. My mom married us into this family when I was in middle school and my life has never been the same. It has been a million times better.

Phil is the best stepfather and grandfather to my kids that I could have ever asked for. He plays, he teases, and he teaches. Lynn is is the best person on the planet to play games with and is always a joy to be around. Grant has become, not just my uncle, but one of my very best friends. Spending time with him has become an absolutely essential part of my family’s weekly routine. And Marquita and Ralph are in every way my grandparents. Having them around is always enjoyable and comfortable and I couldn’t imagine my life or my kids life without them in it. Thank you for welcoming us into your family so whole-heartedly all those years ago and for everything you have done since. I love you all!
